We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media & Content Manager to lead our social media and content agenda, driving audience engagement, brand reputation and commercial performance across digital platforms.
Reporting into the marketing team, you will own the social media strategy, oversee content creation and community engagement, and ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines, responsible gaming commitments and regulatory requirements. Working closely with internal teams and agency partners, you will deliver innovative, insight-led campaigns that connect with customers and enhance the National Lottery brand.
This is a hybrid position based in Dublin City Centre, three days per week.
What we are looking for
Essential:
- 8+ years' experience in social media, digitalcontentor integrated marketing roles.
- Proven success developing high-performing social and content strategies for leading brands.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content creation, communitymanagementand digital analytics.
- Experience managing agencies, creativeproductionand campaign budgets.
- Excellent storytelling,copywritingand creative judgement.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, projectmanagementand analytical skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in lottery,gamingor other highly regulated sectors.
- Global or multinational brand experience.
- Familiarity with social listening,analyticsand reporting tools.
- Experience leading video-first, creator-led and influencer content strategies.
What you will do
- Develop and lead the social media strategy across all platforms.
- Own the social content calendar and deliver integrated campaigns that support brand, commercial and Good Causesobjectives.
- Lead social-first storytelling around cultural moments, gamelaunchesand winner stories.
- Manage community engagement, sociallisteningand customer interactions.
- Oversee the creation and optimisation of multi-format content, including video,motionand real-time social content.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency of tone,qualityand responsible communications.
- Drive creative innovation,identifyingopportunities in emerging technologies,creatorsand influencer partnerships.
- Manage agency relationships, contentbudgetsand campaign performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, PR, Sponsorship, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver integrated, compliant campaigns.
- Ensure all activity meets regulatory,advertisingand responsible gaming requirements.
